Dear Phil,
I wanted to take this chance to thank you and your team for the engagement, implementation and training on our new Ducted Fujitsu Heat Pump system. As you were aware we were undecided on whether this solution would do what we wanted and had heard many horror stories on the implementation of these solutions.

We had already had a quotation from another supplier that had under estimated the solution required for our house and quoted $1500 more.

 Good morning Phil, just a note to say how pleased I am with the heat pumps your guys installed yesterday. I didn't get to meet the boys, I had to go to work(!!) but my husband was home, and he is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to putting things on walls or making holes through walls (drives me nuts) and he was so impressed with these two guys that he made them coffee and bought pies for their lunch (believe me they must be good for him to do that!).
